A left axis deviation is the correct answer.  When trying determine the appropriate axis you need to look at the positive or negative deflection of the QRS of Leads AVF and I.  Normal axis =positive deflection in lead I, and positive deflection lead AVF.  Left Axis Deviation=Negative deflection of AVF and Positive deflection of lead I.  Right Axis Deviation=negative deflection of lead I and positive deflection of lead AVF.  Extreme Right Axis Deviation=negative deflections of both lead I and lead AVF.
